Hollywood Helpdesk is a Los Angeles–based IT firm founded in 2017, headquartered in the Hollywood area and serving clients across the LA basin and the San Fernando Valley. The firm specializes in delivering friendly fixed-fee it for small hollywood and mid-city offices.
How we work
Engagements start with a paid scoping assessment, a written 30/60/90-day plan, and named engineers who stay with the account. Clients receive monthly ticket and uptime reports, a quarterly business review, and an annual security and roadmap refresh. All work is documented in shared runbooks the client owns.
What sets us apart
The team has deep LA-specific operational knowledge — building management at the major office properties along our corridor, the access procedures at the studio lots, and the after-hours realities of supporting hybrid teams that bounce between Westside, Valley, and Eastside offices. We bring senior engineers to every client, not just account managers, and we publish our own SOC 2-aligned security posture for client review.
