Review guidelines
Reviews we accept
- From a real client of the provider in the last 24 months.
- About a specific engagement (project, retainer, response to an incident).
- Written in first person with concrete details.
- Tied to an email we can reach for verification.
Reviews we remove
- From competitors, employees, or anyone with an undisclosed conflict.
- Generic praise or attacks without specifics.
- Defamatory or illegal content.
- Reviews containing PII (other people's names, phone numbers, addresses).
- Coordinated review-bombing or paid reviews.
Provider responses
Providers may respond publicly once per review. Responses are held to the same rules. A provider cannot remove or downvote a review and cannot condition service on a review.
Disputes
Email reviews@losangeles.it.com to dispute a review. Disputes are decided by editors using the rules above.
